I was referred to Jennifer and her practice as I was looking for someone specialized to work past some impulsive/compulsive/emotional eating patterns that I’ve struggled with off and on since my teen years. She is warm, compassionate and direct. She helped me identify my tendencies and triggers and helped me find my way back to living my life aligned with my core values and beliefs. We incorporated EMDR into my counseling sessions. Life changing results!! It’s been over a month since my last session and eating feels so neutral and natural. The emotional drive to use food as comfort is just not a thing for me anymore. Forever grateful and I highly recommend Jennifer.
