They were very booked yet still felt thy did their best to get the car booked asap. The process was smooth . He took care of all the details and ‘loose ends’ such as coordinating the work with dealership for sensor unit as well as the insurance. TL:DR Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I got into a front end collision this winter and went to this shop to get it fixed. Chris was my only point of contact to the shop and was completely understanding, cooperative, and down to earth. He listened, worked with my schedule, and explained everything to me in a concise clear manner. His guys did a great job on my car and even gave it wash before returning it to me! Not to mention they found $15 in my car and just left it in there (not saying that you should steal from customers but in that case I would have never known if they had taken it). All in all, if I had to do any body work, I would 100% come back to this shop.
