Went in today expecting to drop roughly $2 grand, because two seperate scheisters told me I needed new brakes immediately. These guys could have just taken my money, but instead the assured me that my brakes are fine and didn't even charge for inspection (which they did twice because I didn't believe them!). I really appreciate the very honest and high quality service, especially Robin's effort to explain things clearly, even going as far as showing me the part that was replaced. Fantastic and friendly team, and true to my friend's recommendation, there was absolutely no upselling or fearmongering. Instead, I got timely updates and was not forced to decide immediately after the diagnosis whether I would move forward with repairs on the same day, as Robin was transparent about it not being super urgent and said he could just send the part back if I decided to postpone. Having experienced such excellent customer care, I would also recommend SMRO in a heartbeat to anyone looking for auto repair/service!

Robin and his team are incredible to work with. Having never been to the shop, I called in a panic one morning when my engine started misfiring. Robin got me in that day.
