I walked in and Nathan was super professional, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The off-the-cuff-quote turned out to be the actual cost with no added junk or hidden fees. I never felt pressured which is a rarity for a gal in a car shop. Super pleased with the service. I’d definitely recommend this spot.

Car was towed from roadside to shop. Chose this place based on reviews as there were many shops to choose from in area. Guys were very warm and professional. They were able to complete repair before end of day (even with appts ahead of me). Excellent service, clean environment, nice staff.

Excellent comprehensive diagnostic work, timely repairs, friendly and great service. When a new replacement part proved too expensive, they were able to work with me when I acquired a part on my own. This was hugely appreciated. Recommended!

What a wonderful experience!!! Sam at the front desk was very professional. We first spoke on the phone about my issue and went over on how the diagnostic procedure was to be performed. When I arrived at the shop I was welcomed by Sam and he did exactly what we dicussed on the phone. The vehicle was diagnosed and a printed readout was texted to my phone. Done in reasonable time with no hidden fees. Sam is a asset to Avondale Auto Repair and I highly recommend this facility.
