I just came back from my first appointment with my dog and am THRILLED with our experience at Back Bay Vet! After having a super negative experience with a different provider in Boston, I was hesitant to start over, but I could not recommend this clinic enough - and I've only been once so far! The receptionists, vet tech, and doctor (we saw Dr. Wheeler) were incredibly kind, knowledgable, and made me feel 100% comfortable having my dog in their care. He is rescue pitty with a tough past and they were amazing with him. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Loved it! The vet techs and the vet were all very sweet to my cat who was a bit scared. They had tons of treats for her and handled her well. They reviewed her exact diet and provided specific feedback on how to change it to a healthier diet which I really valued. Great place for all pets but specifically for shy, timid friends as they were all so patient and kind:)

Back Bay Veterinary Clinic is the best! Worth the drive from wherever you are in the Boston. The staff is exceptional all-around, from the receptionists, to the vet techs, and of course, the doctors. The team is friendly and accommodating. The communication is seamless - especially appreciate the text check-ins before and after visits. Won't trust anyone else with my Golden Retriever!

Very accommodating and kind. I've been coming since my Sparky was a puppy and he's now 17. They've kept him healthy and happy with all of his shots and treatment. When more then one treatment was available, they've weighed the options with me so that I could make an informed choice. The staff clearly love animals and it shows.
