Ask for Javier! I live in Sunrise, about an hour away, and I gladly make the trip every time just for Javier. He consistently delivers an amazing haircut, a clean beard shape up, and clean up of my eyebrows. It is always worth the drive. The entire team at Barber & Co is welcoming and professional. If you’re looking for a barber that has an inclusive and approachable vibe, this is it! I am always offered water or coffee, and the ambiance is top tier. The shop is clean and has a cool classic Miami vibe. I was accidentally late once and they were incredibly accommodating. No attitude, no stress, just kindness and solutions. Javier still took his time and delivered outstanding service. The pricing is very fair for the level of quality and care you receive. Javier is also great for conversation and fluent in both English and Spanish, which makes the experience even better. 10 out of 10 recommend. No matter the drive, this is my barber.

Barber & Co is hands down one of the best barber shops I’ve been to. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and professional, and you can tell they truly care about their craft. Every cut is precise, fresh, and exactly what you ask for — no rushing, just quality work every time. The owner is absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure every customer leaves happy. You can feel the passion and pride they put into the shop, and it really shows in the experience. This place is amazing!! Let me start by saying that the staff is super friendly and professional. The environment of this barber shop is like any other. They have this Scarface theme in the shop, good music and haircut on point. Krystal has been cutting my hair, she’s the best. You could even get a coffee or drink while getting a haircut. Amazing place to disconnect and enjoy a haircut.

⚠️ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – Barber & Co Miami ⚠️ I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time I have to. The other day, I had the worst experience of my life at a barber shop. I went to Barber & Co Miami with a friend, and the young barber working there clearly lacked experience. My friend only wanted a slightly darker color to cover some grey hair — but what came out was a disaster. The color turned bright orange, absolutely awful. Even the barber looked disappointed and offered to “fix” it, but the second attempt came out even worse: a much darker, uneven, and very ugly tone. On top of that, the haircut itself was terrible, and despite the horrible result, he still charged the full price — no discount, no apology. Honestly, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The service was unprofessional, the results were embarrassing, and it was a complete waste of money. A real shame for a place that calls itself professional.

And Crystal, who took care of my father during his first visit, was absolutely phenomenal. She gave him the kind of service that left him speechless. My father is a man who is hard to impress, but when he walked out of there he said it was hands down the best experience he has ever had. He felt valued, pampered, and treated with the kind of care he had never experienced in a barbershop before. In a world where so many places just want to get you in and out, this barbershop stands as a reminder of what true service is supposed to feel like. It’s welcoming, luxurious, clean, and run with pride and passion. You don’t just leave looking fresh, you leave feeling refreshed, satisfied, and grateful that you found it. If I could give this barbershop more than 5 stars, I would. It deserves 10, 20, 100 stars for the way it raises the standard of what grooming should be.
