Beacon Plumbing once again proved why they’re my first call without hesitation. Tony and Victor were outstanding today while servicing our heat pump — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Not only did they perform excellent maintenance, but they quickly assessed and identified a crucial repair that finally solved a mystery issue we’ve been dealing with for months. They took the time to clearly explain what was happening, what was needed, and why — communication was excellent from start to finish. The repairs were completed quickly, efficiently, and at a competitive price, exactly what I’ve come to expect from Beacon. They even went above and beyond by reattaching insulation that had fallen down around the heat pump, which was greatly appreciated. The quality of work, kindness of the individuals who represent Beacon, and the trust that they’ll always do the right thing at the best price is why I continue to call them time and again. Huge thanks to Tony, Victor, and the entire Beacon team for another exceptional experience. Highly recommend.

Scott and Bjorn were great resolving my 5 Smoke Detectors Going Off at Once Even Though There’s No Smoke Anywhere emergency. Scott removed the detector that was causing the trouble and advised me what smoke detectors to purchase as replacements. He and Bjorn came back to my house twice to install them (the first time I’d bought the wrong ones—totally my fault) and Bjorn cheerfully carried a huge ladder to the 3rd floor on every trip. It’s blissfully quiet here now and I’m very satisfied with their work.

Tony and Victor were great! They provided us with great customer service and most importantly got our heater working and made our house warm again!! The were very knowledgeable about our old equipment and left me feeling great about the knowledge they shared with me to keep my old dinosaur running!!

We had a really great experience with Beacon. The water pipe to our home had a leak, and was costing us big time in our water bill. When we figured out it was a faulty pipe I called Beacon and they had someone on the way within an hour. James and Eric arrived, and James diagnosed the issue and talked me through all of the options. When we decided the best path, he got everything setup so we could replace the whole pipe on the following business day. He made sure everything was setup for an easy install the following day, and checked in on us to make sure everything was working great over the weekend. We even had some fun chatting about the great season the Seahawks are having. Overall, it was a big problem but fully resolved within two business days of calling Beacon. Very happy with the service and people.

Jesus and Alfredo did a wonderful and efficient job moving a natural gas line for us. They came within 24hrs for a quote and then the following day to fix the issue. They gave us a fair price, quite a bit less than our other quote. The other thing I loved about Jesus and Alfredo is that they introduced themselves to my contractor who was working. Of the two others who came to give quotes, no one else introduced or acknowledged my contractor. Thanks for being professional, kind, timely, and excellent!
