Water heater died right before Christmas, Oh no. Steven at Queen Plumbing had a great response time. Answered all my questions I had about replacing the water heater. Quoted me a fair price. He was out the next available time slot even working around my schedule. Arrived early, quickly and professionally completed the job. Results speak for themselves. I’ll be using Queen Plumbing for any future jobs.

We had Queen Plumbing install a new tankless water heater in our Seattle townhouse and add hot water to an outdoor faucet for dog baths. They were the most efficient and transparent of all the companies we got quotes from, and they scheduled the job quickly. The install was professional and friendly, and the work showed real pride and attention to detail. I don’t usually write reviews, but Queen Plumbing is exactly what you hope for in a plumber. We’ll be using them from now on.

I called Queen Plumbing LLC (owner Steve) regarding my main drain of my 1930's home, I had it cleaned and drained by another company, but wanted an additional estimate requesting a camera shot showing where roots from my cedar trees were entering the old pipes causing cracks and blockage. Even though Queen Plumbing didn't provide plumbing services (at this time), he took the time providing valuable information and educating me with options to consider that may not involve major work and also gave me reputable companies that do excavation work if needed. Queen Plumbing in my opinion is a premier plumbing company. Steve describes himself as a young owner with great old values and I agree. It was a pleasure talking with him as I am an elder!!! I highly recommend Queen Plumbing LLC.

These guys were good. They showed up right on time (which is the most valuable thing for me) and did an excellent job putting together my portable sink with a water heater. They do have a $425 minimum, but it was totally worth it for the peace of mind knowing there won’t be any leaks. Happy to have running water.

I don’t generally leave reviews, but I had to share my amazing experience with Queen Plumbing. When I found that my shower was leaking every time I turned it on, I knew it was something that needed fixing. I was dreading the search to find someone who could fix it, and I was expecting it to take some time to set up an appointment. I called Queen Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised when Steve said that he could make it that afternoon. Steve was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and walked me through the diagnosis process. He was able to determine that it was actually a faulty shower head, and was able to temporarily patch it up that day. I was super relieved and super appreciative for his help. Steve came back later to install the new shower head, and they were able to fit in a drain cleaning as well. Overall, superb service, I highly recommend, and I will definitely call them for all of my future plumbing needs.
