I had a great experience with this vet while bringing in my dog, Minnie, for an ear infection. The staff was kind, patient, and made her feel comfortable right away. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure Minnie got the care she needed. I’m very grateful for the care and compassion shown to us. Highly recommend!

My first visit here at Bear Creek Hospital. The vet doctor is amazing! The staff are super nice, sweet, and truly cares about my cat’s well-being. Always takes time to explain everything and makes us feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is where I take my dog, he's a rescue and this is the 1st vet place he's been in where he isn't scared of the other animals. The staff are great and gentle, they'll also go into great detail to explain what is going on and all the options on how to treat it. If you can't afford the full payment of what they recommend, they'll work with you; your pet may get less services but they'll be the most important ones. I don't have any plans on changing my dogs vet; which says a lot because I've been through a few and dropping them for overcharging, not liking how they treat their animals and the animals butler(owners, but in reality we're our pets butlers lol), bad information, them being shady, etc. We've been coming here for 3 years now I believe and both my dog and I are very happy with them, he pranced out when I got him back lmao, so to say we'll be coming back

We had a wonderful experience. My pup and I arrived 20 minutes early four our 3:30 appointment. We were taken back to our room immediately. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our vet gave us very helpful recommendations to ensure the health of my dog. Prices are fair. Overall 10/10 recommend.
