Royal Furniture is a very nice clean place the main man in charge is always very polite and respectful if for any reason you have a problems with furniture they make sure they fix it for you there GOAL is to make you happy and sale quality furniture at a good price so much respec. I've purchased Furniture from them over the years and I've always been satisfied. I just recently purchased some more furniture so I only give them four stars until I get my furniture and inspected it's been a little over a year since about anything else so I want to make sure it stays they stay Royal and loyal to the customers. This is August 1st 2022 you asked me to post stuff but you don't separate the two anyhow Royal furniture number two is always been great the owner is always wonderful and any problems he always fixes them whether it's in his control out of it we always make a solution there's always a resolution for everything so yes continue getting your furniture from there and his great quality also

Great customer service! The gentleman that helped us was very pleasant to work with, not pushy and wanted to make sure that we were happy with our selection. Our delivery was scheduled for the next day which he drivers were on time, very courteous and professional. They wasted no time. Highly recommend for your furniture needs!!!!!

I had been looking for a dining table set online for over a month and one day I passed by this furniture store and decided to check out their selection. First off, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a kind gentleman and asked what I had in mind. Me and my husband were allowed to roam the store without pressure. We saw a style we liked but knew the dimensions wouldn't fit our dining area, so the man helping us offered to look at a dining set he had in mind in one of his furniture catalogs. Right away I fell in love with what he showed us; the dimensions, color, and style were spot on for what we were looking for. We were able to agree to a fair price, easily competitive to any online furniture price. He also made accommodations for our busy work schedule and offered free shipping on a Saturday. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for any furniture piece to check out Royal Furniture II on West Ln. They offer a nice selection of furniture styles and if they don't have what your are looking for on the floor the workers are knowledgeable about which catalog to refer you to for ordering what you want.

I enjoyed the friendly experience I gained when I entered into the door of Royal Furniture. I bought a bedroom set (6) piece, and I love it. The quality is very good, and I'm really enjoying my set. I will be back for future purchases.

I give Royal Furniture 1 star, I bought furniture from this Furniture store , a loveseat, sofa mattress and bedroom set. Really nice furniture in the store. But when they finally deliver my bedroom set, It wasn't nothing like in the store, my bedroom set look cheap and I didn't even see this quality in the store , within no time stains and spots were showing up on the dresser and night stand. Look like they went out and bought a cheaper brand dresser, nightstand , headboard, and footboard frame and charge me more for it. It took them almost an extra week to deliver my bedroom set. They deliver the mattress , loveseat and sofa on time. Unfortunately the headboard broke and my bed fell. So I had to go back to the store and tell them what happened I would never shop here because I feel they wasn't right. Do your customers right, if you want a good customer to return.
