I was very happy with the service at this cosmetology salon. Heidi Waldorfhelp me, and she was extremely nice, professional, and had such a positive attitude — it really made the experience pleasant. I’ve been following this office fo r quite some time now, and they’re consistently easy to deal with. I also appreciate that their prices haven’t changed much since last year. Overall, they absolutely deserve five stars.

I purchased a Groupon for a lash lift and had no problem using it. After 30 days I purchased another one and even made the appointment on their website that clearly states its a Groupon appointment. The day of the appointment I arrive and I'm told I cannot use the Groupon because they only allow 1 time purchase. So I lost my time and money for nothing. If you are only allowed 1 Groupon then when I booked the appointment I should've been told that and furthermore, I should not be given the option to repurchase the Groupon.

I have struggled with acne for 13 years and basically gave up on any meaningful change until I found this place. Tali at the front desk was so helpful in scheduling, finding the right treatments, and creating a welcoming environment. The owner Chi has put together an amazing team, is so generous, and keeps up with top-of-the-line newest and best treatments and technology. Connecting with Heidi changed everything. She recommended ProDeep and we discovered that my skin loves laser treatments. The picture is after ONE treatment. For the first time in my life, I'm happy with my skin and it's such a relief knowing I can turn to Heidi or anyone else here and get a curated, scientific recommendation for next steps. I have and will continue to recommend this space to anyone with dermatology concerns or an interest in beauty treatments.

I had an amazing experience with Heidi. She is very kind and comforting from beginning to end while being professional. She explained everything she was going to do and put me at ease. I highly recommend Beauty and Body and ask for Heidi. She is the best!

It’s my first time at a medical day Spa and I must say I was quite impressed. The front reception was beautiful and the staff was great. The treatment was quick and I was out in no time. My nurse was Sara and she was very helpful and upbeat. I’ll be back for sure but probably in the Solana Beach location, which is closer to where I live.
