I initially assumed I may have visited on an off day, but after reading other reviews, it seems my experience wasn’t isolated. The interaction I had with the manager, who was also acting as the cashier, was very disappointing. I’ve never felt so disrespected over such a minor issue. I was told in-store that I couldn’t complete my return, so I called the Best Buy customer service line for clarification. They informed me there should be no issue processing the return. Based on that information, I went back to the store to respectfully clarify the situation. I made it clear that if the return still couldn’t be processed, I would understand. I simply wanted consistency after receiving two different answers. Unfortunately, the experience left a very negative impression. I won’t be returning to this location and hope management addresses the professionalism and communication concerns.

Geek squad techs Dylan and Ayden was phenomenal with quick customer Service. I showed up 25 minutes early before my Scheduled appointment, And they were nice enough to just not let me wait and take me in right away. I’m a part-time streamer on Twitch so having my PC is very important to me. I thought I was gonna have to leave my PC overnight and they said “you know what we’re gonna take care of that for you right away. Give us about 20 minutes.”. I’m getting a CPU installed. And I just wanted to say I’m so gratefully appreciative how quick and fast they work. Also the professional Work ethics they have, Which is rarely hard to find nowadays. I definitely recommend this place and if the manager should ever see this review, you should give them some kind of praise gratitude, or even a bonus. Thanks guys. I’ll be back again. Michael was awesome. No hastle, he took care of 3 customers in a very efficient way before my turn. You can tell when people exceed from the first hello he is one of them. My issue was solved in 5 min. And now im here buying something else knowing itll be taken care off if any issues in the future with this product.

Mediocre customer service less Dylan...Do Not expect this location to survive. Basically a window shopping venue for Amazon only twice as expensive. Manager left to PHX AVVONDALE. Not well managed, regional director refused to make a donation to Family Resource Center in Flagstaff. This is center at Summit High School serves homeless children who have incarcerated children.
