I had a great experience working with Betts Recruiting, especially with Kaelyn Adams, during my job search. She took the time to really understand my background, strengths, and what kinds of roles I was looking for, and she connected me with opportunities that actually made sense for my experience and interests. Kaelyn was incredibly helpful with interview prep. She made sure I felt confident going into each interview and always took the time to talk through how it went afterward. The advice and support she gave me is something I’ll be able to carry with me throughout my professional career and won’t forget. I can’t thank her enough!!

Love, love, love Betts! They were instrumental in helping me land my current role at Alix. Both Kaelyn and Ryan were incredibly supportive—prepping me for interviews and making sure I showed up as the best version of myself. I actually received an offer from another company the same day they reached out about Alix, and I told them that if I were to seriously consider a different opportunity, I’d need to complete the entire interview process within three days. Betts made it happen. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my role today, and I’m so grateful for their dedication and support!

Working with the Betts team was amazing! They went above and beyond to help me work through my job search: from first interview to the day I got my offer. Even answering my calls and email on the weekend! Amazing team, very lucky to have worked with them!

Working with Kaelyn at Betts Recruiting was an exceptional experience. From day one, she brought a level of organization, consistency, and support that made a fast paced sales interview cycle feel structured and manageable. She took the time to understand my sales background, my goals , and the type of environment where I would thrive. Her prep sessions, follow up, and direct feedback helped me sharpen my pitch, refine my messaging, and show up strong in every conversation. What stood out most was how invested she was in helping me position myself effectively. Kaelyn stayed ahead of timelines, communicated with clarity, and always made sure I was fully prepared before each round. It never felt transactional. She is professional, responsive, and understands the nuances of hiring for competitive sales roles. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend working with Kaelyn and the team at Betts to any sales professional looking for their next role.
