Jonathan was awesome. He was helpful and joked with us. We couldn't find the item we wanted on the shelf. Jonathan looked it up and searched the back inventory to see if they had it. He didn't have to do that. I appreciated his customer service.

I'm not a regular at This Bakersfield ca Bevmo, but Very irritating when your almost 60 yrs of Age, & the Company is Way Over Strict on ID's I Recently Lost Mine I've Never Had issues Buying Alcohol in the Past Manager on Duty could have Override the Extreme ID policy even after showing a copy of my ID through my phone the Manager refused to sell me anything. I'll stay away from Buying at Bevmo.

Alrighty I'm not a drinker But! I will rate in stock and cleanliness and customer service. I visited this place my husband bought syrup for a drink of course non alcoholic for me, they are always stocked up nicely I'm impressed they're customer service is top tier we always get treated with respect, they're clean and overall the atmosphere experience is nice they have great selections now just because I don't drink doesn't mean I don't know my selections, I do very well and they have almost all of it. They even have kegs, so for all your alcohol dreams come to this place give it a try!

Wow, very impressive liquor store. From the boss down to the employees they obviously “ understood the assignment.” I was walking around just taking in the different varieties, looking a little lost when employee Dani, asked if I needed help, yep sure did. Dani escorted me right to the Butter Pecan Sipping Cream. She and Pablo were very helpful, getting me signed up to club BevMo. Very easy and doesn’t cost anything…instant saving.

So glad that Bakersfield got a BevMo. The employees are always very helpful and they have a really good selection of beers and liquor. The store is really organized and easy to find whatever you need. They always have deals going on too so you can try new things everytime you go there.
