Sam & Zeke both were amazing. I was in MO (from Florida) to visit my daughter at college for Thanksgiving and she had a car accident 2 days before I got there. They were very helpful and checked out her car thoroughly and said mechanically wise it was ok from the accident and she only needed one new tire but I took advantage of the buy 3 get 1 free deal. They could have easily told me there was more that needed to be fixed and I would have paid it. It's nice knowing my daughter has a place we can trust to service his vehicle while she's at school.

I’ve been to multiple locations but this is the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve had between them all!!!! Went in for an oil change and got my car back with an engine light on due to technician not properly connecting a wire. He also spilled some oil in the engine bay so that’s been creating smoke while I drive. The wire was reconnected so the engine code was cleared thank God. But the same tech that worked on my car also was the one to drive it in and off the lift knowing how dirty and oily his body was (the interior of my car is beige btw) so when I got my car back it had dirt/oil smudges on my drivers door panel, steering wheel, drivers seat, center console etc. I told someone at the front about this and he informed me that he repeatedly tells the techs to use seat covers etc to protect the interiors of peoples cars but that’s just something that the techs can’t seem get through their heads. The only good thing to come out this was that I had a coupon for the oil change but after all this bs I would’ve been better off paying $150 at the dealership. At least they’re courteous enough to not get the inside of my car dirty and make my engine light come on. Even when I was at Discount Tire the tech got a person at the front to drive my car into/off the lift because he didn’t want to get the inside of my car dirty!! That’s what you call common courtesy. Luckily I detail cars on the side so it didn’t take long to clean the stains but that’s not something I should have to do after getting an oil change. Retelling this story pisses me off more that I think about it. Will definitely never come back to this location or maybe even any Big O Tire at that. I feel sorry for anyone that goes here

⭐ (1 star) **Wasted Time and Unsafe Service - Avoid This Location** I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this Big O Tires location. I came in THREE separate times for a tire alignment, and each visit was a complete waste of time. The most concerning issue: they continued performing alignment work on my car despite knowing I had bad ball joints. After taking my car to two different mechanics for second opinions, both confirmed that Big O should never have attempted an alignment with faulty ball joints - it's ineffective and potentially dangerous. Since their "service," my car has been experiencing serious traction issues, making it unsafe to drive. Then I requested a refund given the poor service and multiple wasted trips. The customer service here is terrible. Making me drive my car up there three times - in an unsafe condition - only to be told they couldn't help me each time is unacceptable. As a college student in the area, I chose this location for convenience, but it was a huge mistake. **Bottom line:** Don't waste your time or risk your safety. Stick to your regular mechanic or find a shop that actually knows what they're doing and cares about customer safety. I won't be returning.

Slow and non communicative. Went in on a Tuesday around noon to get a claim on two tires. After waiting all day and no word I was told at 4pm that I'd have to come back the next day(Wed). Contacted the store Wednesday morning and was told that the tires would be in SOMETIME that day and my vehicle would be done before closing time. I was not notified again until I called shortly before their closing time that I would be set back yet another day. (Thursday) I was told to bring vehicle on this morning. I arrived at approximately 9am and was told it would take an hour and a half to do 2 tires. I left walked 10 blocks in one direction(20 blocks total) and returned an hour later to see that my vehicle still had not been touched. The wait turned into 2 hours and both myself as well as my vehicle are still sitting! Major inconvenience! The store manager Zeke i believe is his name ignored me as I tried to request an update on how long it would be when another employee then informed me that they only had one tire technician and there was no way to tell how long it would be.

MF and crew was awesome. Saw me same day and even though they were super busy they still made it a fun experience just being in their presence. Family feelings here. Great business.
