Every step of what was a rough experience was made tolerable by Carstar. Every single person that I engaged with was welcoming. The text messages let me know where my car was in the process. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I had my car repaired here after a wreck, and while the customer service was great and everyone was very nice, the repair experience itself was disappointing. When I picked up the car, there were still visible scuffs from the wreck that I had to point out and return to have fixed. The back door was reassembled poorly, with multiple loose pieces, and there were also loose parts on the front passenger door. Several parts were clearly not properly repaired or replaced, even though the car was returned to me as if the work was complete. I had to bring the car back multiple times to have these issues addressed. Overall, the process lasted about two months and required three additional visits after the car was supposedly finished (which I did take into consideration since this was over the holidays). Despite the friendly staff, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to others.
