Had a rear tire that needed replaced during my lunch break, these guys jumped right on it and within the hour I was on my way. Awesome Service, I m definitely coming back
★☆☆☆☆ Dishonest, Unprofessional, and a Complete Waste of Time If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in last week with my BMW M3 about an hour before closing after speaking with “Alonzo” on the phone. He promised a free diagnosis and said they could take care of the issue the same day. I brought the car in because my front left tire felt slightly off balance — no shaking, just wanted a professional opinion. After a short test drive, they said it might be the wheel spacer but they “weren’t sure,” then told me to come back another day because they were closing soon. Fast forward to today — I called ahead and spoke with “Q,” who also promised the same free diagnosis over the phone. But the moment I arrived, everything changed. Suddenly, they wanted to charge me labor just to look at the car and said they’d “try” removing the wheel spacers — something I can easily do myself. That’s not a diagnosis, that’s a complete bait and switch. So after two visits, two broken promises, and hours of wasted time, I still don’t have a single answer about what’s wrong with my car. This place is unorganized, dishonest, and misleading. They’ll tell you one thing to get you in the door and change the story once you show up. Save yourself the headache — go somewhere that values honesty and your time.
Needed an alignment and remembered Big O Tires was a pretty cool place. I had just got new tires elsewhere (my bad) haha, but was treated as if I bought my tires there! The location by the way is the Anaheim (St. College & La Palma) store. Was greeted by a very nice guy named "Q". Great personality and informative. Now I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to get my car in pretty quick. The waiting room was cool and comfortable. It really didn't take that long at all. When it was all done, we talked about my next oil change, and was informed that they'll rotate my tires during that service! (Again, tires that were bought elsewhere). Just a great overall experience! Kudos Big O Tires! And thank you "Q" for being such a nice guy!
I sincerely hope the owner of this location knows how valuable of an employee Q is. Poor guy was alone up front and the phones were ringing off the hook. He was able to provide me with a very competitive quote for getting my transmission, coolant and external drive belt taken care of. It was almost $400 less than what the dealer quoted. He was polite, respectful, had 10/10 customer service and was very thorough. After providing me with the quote, he was able to get everything scheduled for next Saturday at 8am. I reached out to multiple other places and never heard back from them so I am incredibly happy with the help that Q was able to provide.
Needed a last-minute alignment Normally, I do all the work on my vehicle but I need a shop to do an alignment When I went to big old tires, they didn’t try to sell me anything. They took care of what I needed. They aligned my car and told me to have a good day even though there was other visible things that they could’ve sold me on First time I’ve ever went to a tire store and did not feel like I was being pressured to buy something that I did not come there for Not only that, but when I asked to speak to the mechanic who did the work on my vehicle, he was very polite and answered all my questions Grate staff
