Disappointing Experience Lack of Care and Accountability I usually don’t write reviews, but I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. After being rear-ended on the freeway, my car sustained significant rear-end damage and issues with the front panel. My insurance referred me to this body shop; however, please know that you are not required to go to a repair shop your insurance recommends , you have the right to choose your own. From the beginning, I explained and documented the damage to both the back and front of my car (with photos). While the shop addressed the rear damage, they did not properly communicate to my insurance that the front panel issue was related to the accident. This caused my insurance to deny coverage for that repair. My car remained at the shop for over 30 days, and the pick-up date kept changing. When I finally retrieved it, I was extremely disappointed by its condition. The car was covered in dust and debris, had footprints on the headrest, and there were sunflower seeds and other trash in the interior, clearly indicating poor handling. I also discovered a loose car part in the trunk and old piece just left in there and a faulty wire that required me to have the car back again for additional repairs. When I returned to pick it up the second time, the car was still dirty and had visible scratches that were not there before. I raised these concerns with the shop, provided photos, and communicated professionally through email. They offered $150 for interior detailing, which I appreciated, but it did not fully resolve the issues. My car, which is brand new (2025 model), still has residue, fine dust particles, and a visibly misaligned front panel. I have spent over $10,000 on these repairs and would not feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back here. Based on my experience, I recommend exploring other reputable repair shops that prioritize transparency, communication, and respect for customers’ property. I also attached recent pictures of my front panel I will have to get repaired else where. They also accidentally overcharged me and then told me as I was on my way to pick up the vehicle. This place ruined my brand new 2025 vehicle.

I had a great experience with Kraemer CARSTAR Collision Center in Anaheim. They took my car quickly, kept me informed of the progress and the car was completed before estimated completion date. I just picked up the car yesterday but so far no issues with it and it looks like new. I would recommend this auto body shop to anyone that needs this kind of service.
