It was time to retire my 25 year old bike I paid $300 for. I knew I wanted a better quality bike, but didn’t want to be patronized and upsold by some expert fancy pants bicyclist. You know the kind! The sales representative, Jay, patiently listened to exactly what I wanted in a bike. He didn’t try to upsell and he told me in plain English the differences between each level of bike. I’ve been riding my Specialized bike for a couple of weeks now and love it! The app that comes with the bike tracks my rides, speed, distance, elevation changes, etc. Bike Farm includes one year of free tune ups.
What a fantastic bike shop. Great inventory, great atmosphere. The whole crew was friendly and engaging, so helpful in their advice and suggestions, didn’t try to pressure a sale, and ultimately got me hooked up with a killer new bike at a fantastic price. These guys are doing it for the love of the game! Can’t recommend enough.
One of the last few real deal shops in Austin. They invest so much into the local ridding community, carry a bike for almost every level and type of ridder and are some of the coolest folks In town. The owner Lex is A solid human and his staff follows suite. A week or two back I had an issue and needed to get franks installed and Jason and the service team were behind cool. If you have been debating shipping with them Or stopping by don’t, they are solid.
Bike farm is awesome. It’s more than a bike shop They are super friendly. We came here to buy and add training wheels to our kids bikes and they did two bikes for $75. Great experience!
I had an exceptional experience with their service team. They were incredibly welcoming and professional throughout the process. When they realized they didn’t have the right end cap for my front wheel and fork swap, and with the specialized parts out of stock for three weeks, they went above and beyond. Despite the distance I traveled from Kyle, they provided a solution by using one of their in-house wheels. They also took the extra step to adjust my shock and fork to the correct pressure for my configuration. I highly recommend this shop, and I now understand why it came so highly recommended by others!
