We used Blast to provide furniture and basic catering equipment for a small private garden party. They provided a very prompt and efficient service. Most of the arrangements were undertaken by Lily, who dealt with everything very quickly and efficiently, including a few tweaks to the order. The equipment was delivered by a friendly team, and collected afterwards by Elliott who was cheerful despite having to work alone at short notice. All the equipment was spotless when delivered, and it was very helpful to be able to send everything back without having to wash it first! All in all, a great service, and we are pleased to be using them again for a similar event in the near future.

Thrilled with our experience using Blast Event Hire for our wedding. We started our process with Richardson Events Hire which was then purchased and taken over by Blast. During that takeover period there was never once where I felt anxious- they handled everything so seamlessly and smoothly. The person that took over our order was Lily and she was absolutely fabulous. Her customer service was top notch as she patiently answered so many questions and always responded very, very quickly. The day prior to the wedding when everything was delivered, we had a small problem with the delivery. I called Lily and she handled the problem swiftly and smoothly and with a very helpful and friendly attitude. The delivery driver, George, was also very helpful, friendly and professional. Their excellent service combined with a great product made our wedding setup so easy and stress-free!
