I’ve been going to the Blo on Knox location for about two years now, and unfortunately, this was the first time I’ve had such a negative experience. I had a blowout appointment on January 15, 2026, which I booked and paid for through ClassPass. I was not happy with the service and did not leave a tip. A few days later, I noticed an unexpected charge of $9.75 taken from my bank account. I believe the stylist tipped herself without my authorization. Any time I tip at this location, it’s always an even amount—usually $10—which can easily be confirmed by looking at my past transactions. The $9.75 charge is not something I approved. I called the salon on Friday to report the issue and followed up again on January 19, 2026. During my second call, the front desk receptionist, Daisy, said she would remind the manager. When I explained that I believed money had been taken from my account without consent, she began laughing on the phone. When I asked what was funny, she hung up on me. This experience was extremely upsetting and unprofessional, especially from a location I’ve been loyal to for years. I am still waiting for the unauthorized charge to be credited back to my account. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the billing issue and the way this situation was handled. Please do not go to this specific location as you will be subjected to unauthorized charges / theft.
