I had the pleasure of meeting Gus a couple of years back. At the time I was not in a relationship but thought hopefully one day he will do the florals for my wedding. That reality came true last month. Gus/Bloom and Box did all our flower decor for our big day. Everything was as we dreamed. It was perfect. I would not change a thing. He is a true gem. The best! To whom it may concern, I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the bouquet I ordered for my wife. This was not just a routine purchase — it was something I saved for over the course of the year, with the hope of giving her a special, memorable gift. Unfortunately, the flower arrangement she received was far from what was advertised. The flowers were visibly wilted upon arrival, with petals already turning yellow that same evening. She brought them to dinner with pride, only to watch them fade before the night was over. The arrangement was meant to last at least a week, especially given the price and your reputation. I trusted your business to deliver something fresh and beautiful. What we received felt careless and unworthy of the occasion. I hope you take this seriously, both as feedback and as an opportunity to improve how you fulfill important orders like this. Staying unknown

I have never been more impressed with a florist in my entire life. They did a gorgeous job...and the image shown on the website was identical to what was delivered to a dear friend in the hospital. She actually texted me days later to inform me of how everyone couldn't believe how gorgeous they were!! Delivered on time - excellent communication - would HIGHLY recommend. Thank you!!

Bloom and Box Flowers are your go-to for all things flowers! They executed a GORGEOUS, custom arrangement for a special birthday. Every flower, stem, petal and greenery perfectly placed by hand —the attention to detail is unmatched. I paid for my order online and they texted me to confirm delivery details and asked me how I wanted the arrangement made — I sent them pictures of our theme and color scheme and they delivered. On the day of the event, they delivered and set up the arrangement as instructed and took pictures to prove that they had followed instructions and delivered on time for the event — from beginning to end, their communication was flawless. The floral arrangement lasted for 3 weeks. We were able to enjoy it at home for so long! True professionals, unmatched service, and stunning floral artistry —This is how I would describe this team!
