New ******WARNING!****** BE VIGILANT!!! Read the reviews carefully; the only positive ones are undoubtedly from employees or people paid to write them. My daughter ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. They informed her that the delivery would take place on Friday, May 8th. It's Monday, May 11th, and no delivery has arrived! Either they're incompetent, or they're scammers, probably both! I managed to speak to someone in Customer Service who told me that, miraculously, I would be delivered this afternoon! It's 3:39 PM and I still haven't received anything! My daughter, who placed the order, was never informed of the delivery time! I think the employee who answered me made up that I would be delivered today! He seemed so disillusioned! They pocket the money and deliver only when they feel like it! Conclusion: a complaint must be filed with the Consumer Protection Office, where they already have four formal notices pending!

The only positive comment I have is that everything was delivered on time. I ordered a "Happy Mother's Day" mug, but it arrived with "Happy Birthday," and the flowers were wilted... and not just a little! I ordered before leaving on my trip, on April 28th, for delivery on May 10th, and I believe they prepared them immediately... I wrote to them: No response...
