We booked a full grooming package with Mobispaw for our dog, and this was our first time using the service. Unfortunately, the appointment did not start off well, as they arrived about 3 hours late, which was quite inconvenient and stressful, especially when planning around a pet. That said, the groomer himself was very kind and professional, and at first glance my dog looked great when I initially saw her. However, once I had more time to look closely, I noticed several inconsistencies and missed areas in the grooming. Additionally, her nails appear to be bordering on too short, which concerned me. Since the service, my dog has also been acting a bit off, which has added to my worry. Overall, while the groomer was pleasant and clearly cared, the lateness and the quality inconsistencies make this a mixed experience for us. I hope this feedback helps improve scheduling and attention to detail for future clients.
