I had some specific Needs and hadn’t planned on buying all of my furniture at Bob’s but once I got into that beautiful show room and realized they had exactly what I wanted and Frank oh was so helpful. I was out of there within 45 minutes very cool love Bob’s. I would recommend Bob’s discount furniture to anyone

We first started this experience at their competition across the street with Ashley Furniture which was a horrible experience and thankfully lead us to bobs discount furniture. Where I was greeted by Eric the sales manager who was amazing! He was nothing short of kind, professional, helpful, and offered me and my family a pressure free experience. Not only was the service much better but the furniture and prices of the furniture was amazing as well. I loved my experience at Bobs Discount Furniture and am happy to say you got a customer for life! I will be back to see Eric again and recommend that you do the same!

Terrible, Bob's will not honor repairs or replacements as promised. Had sofa delivered and on the day of delivery there was a problem with the power motor of the lovesest recliner. Delivery staff verified and told us to call and they will schedule a replacement. Did that and was told it would be 11-12 weeks. That time frame came and went, and not a peep follow up from bob's. Called them and am now told they no longer carry that sofa set. Terrible customer service as they offered no resolution. So here we go to small claims over BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..they stated Send us pictures and we will send you the parts. This was a brand new sofa sectional that failed while being unwrapped and plugged in upon delivery and when we called the representative was the one who "ordered" a new replacementLove Seat (a lie). They did call back after arguing with the representative on the phone whom I could barely understand (heavy accent) of course. Stated you can select another sectional but not the matching chair (it's all a matching set)?...so we are expected to have a miss match of furniture for our family room?...terrible STAY CLEAR OF BOBS!!!

Upon my search for a couch, I entered the store and was not subjected to any sales pressure. This immediate sense of comfort made me feel at ease. After examining various options and selecting the couch that best suited my needs, Branden approached me to initiate the sale. I was thoroughly satisfied with this process. The sole reason I did not award five stars was that I would have preferred immediate delivery of the couch. However, I believe that the two-week waiting period will be well worth it. I extend my gratitude to everyone involved in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

We had never been into Bobs before but we had the best experience! We ordered a couch and we can’t wait for it to come in! The prices are amazing here for extremely good quality! Alex and Rob were both amazing and so fun to work with. They have a coffee bar, free ice cream, cookies and candy which makes your shopping experience even more fun. We will definitely be back for future furniture purchases!
