BounceHouse Northwest is 100% the best!! The owner, Jeff S. Showed up at my house 15 minutes after we ordered the bounce house. it was set up blown up and had water running within 35 minutes. We had been scammed by a rental that I had booked through marketplace and we were extremely disappointed as we knew that in one hour 20 4 year-olds would be here for a birthday party. Jeff went way above and beyond what I would have expected and was seriously an answer to prayer. Saturday was the hottest day so far of the year and that didn’t slow him down one bit. Wonderful communication hundred percent on the product hundred percent customer service I would recommend BounceHouse Northwest to absolutely everyone who wants a good time!

We had an amazing birthday party at our house with this addition! The kids adored it!! And I was pleasantly surprised at how well it fit in our driveway! John came by and set everything up so quickly and helped explain clearly how to keep everyone safe. He even sanitized the entire bounce house for us! We will definitely be renting one again in the future!

Such a wonderful experience with John! He was so responsive, flexible and helpful with reserving and switching for a weather appropriate option!! So many options to choose from! We did will-call which was fast and easy! The unit easily fit in our car and setup/take down was a breeze with the great instructions! We will definitely use again!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! We had a confirmed reservation with another bounce house company who flaked on us 30 minutes before the start of our child’s party. I called Bounce House NW and explained the situation. I knew it was an absolute long shot but it so happened that John was near the warehouse which was close to our home and he was able to get a bounce house to us within 30 minutes. The kids loved watching him put it up. I loved the care he took to clean and sanitize it on site and that he clearly knew how important this day was to our daughter and wanted to help. He even texted me afterwards to ask if they were having fun. John truly went above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. He literally saved the day!! Absolutely the best customer service with a caring attitude! Thank you!!!
