My 5 year old loved it. I bought a year pass. Four months into my membership that when i purchased it, the package came with a few guest passes. I used one previouslyfor my sister to jump with my son. Today is his birthday and he wanted me to jump with him. I went to use one of the guest passes and was told that they are not giving them with membership anymore so they are not honoring mine. What does that have to do with the price of tea in India? MY package included guest passes! New packages include what they include or not include! That was what I paid for. That did not leave me having a good experience, feels like a bait and switch.
