A wonderful shopping experience for my birthday. The desired Dale of Norway sweater was not available in my size. I was advised to check the next day because of an anticipated delivery. The sweater I purchased from the website and had shipped to my home was sent on it's way within a day. When it was received, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was impeccably packed and boxed. Even the packing tape, which was place on every box edge, was perfect. The sweater was perfectly folded and wrapped in tissue, with a thank you note. Very impressive service. Thank you
