My coworkers and I booked an event here for a fun, chill night, especially since we had not seen each other in a while. Hands down, this was one of the best group experiences we have had. First off, the place was very clean, the music was amazing, and the lighting really enhanced the vibes. From start to finish, the staff was outstanding. Super friendly, very patient, and extremely accommodating. They made everything hassle-free and easy, and because of them we all had an amazing time. Our hostess Bree was so sweet and truly made the night special while keeping everything running smoothly. Our servers JJ and Jessica kept us full and made sure nothing stayed empty for more than a couple of minutes. Joseph, our bartender, was funny, super laid back, and quick with the drink orders, which is exactly what you want at an event like this. The manager Shania oversaw everything and was simply amazing. Honestly, the entire staff deserves raises. They were on it and were the glue that kept everything together and running. Big shoutout as well to Jeannine in guest services who helped me book the reservation and gave excellent food recommendations. We did an event package and the pricing was very reasonable for what you get. We had 2.5 hours of bowling, food, premium bar access, and shoe rental included. We had a whole lane to ourselves, #57. We pre-ordered chicken tenders, cheeseburger sliders, Caesar salad, chips and salsa, mozzarella bites, and french fries. To finish the night, we had the freshly baked and fried donuts. All of us agreed the food was good. My personal favorites were the chicken tenders, the fried confetti donuts, and the mozzarella bites. Most of the group came from far away, and by the end of the night we were already planning our next event. Everyone loved it and said they would absolutely come back. I highly recommend booking an event package here or even just reserving a lane. There is also an arcade downstairs that we did not get to try this time, but I am definitely looking forward to coming back and trying it and ordering more items from the food menu.

The server T made our experience amazing. She was so helpful and greeted us when we arrived. Our lane was very clean and the food was brought out in a timely fashion. Thanks T and the bowlero team!

I went here New Year's eve with my kids and my husband and we had a great time. Unfortunately, the wait time for bowling was over 3 hours. I would suggest booking your reservation in advance for bowling. We however went to the arcade and the kids had a lot of fun. They have a variety of games that both adult and children can enjoy. I spent about $100 on games and we used it for about 2 hours. The bowling alley is upstairs along with a bar where you can get drinks and finger foods. My husband got 3 drinks and french fries. The wings and french fries was ready good. I must commend tge staff they were very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was lively, fun and entertaining. There was music playing in the background throught out rhe night. They have a phone booth that you can used your gane card to take pictures. They also have security check before you go. I must mention that the place is kid friendly and I truly appreciate that. My kids and hubby loves it and we will definitely be back. If you are concern about parking, they have a big free park lot available.

This was my second time here, the first time I did a birthday party for my 7 year old son. Everything was on point, and organized. The second vist was a family night out for bowling, staff was attentive, food and drinks full of flavor,and the music was diverse. Love it!
