Very disappointed… I had a scheduled appointment at 4 and arrived before my appointment. People walking in after me were being seen immediately, even walk ins…I sat and waited a little after 30 mins and coming to find out that I was forgotten about..The receptionist was a transfer from another location, not sure if she’s new or not but I patiently sat and waited and no updates at all…I was the first one in with no other persons waiting and before i left it was about 6 people waiting in the lobby. I usually have a great experience, but today just wasn’t my luck. I really was looking forward to my service.
