Pathetic customer service. Their technician was supposed to arrive between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. No one ever showed up. I called at 3:00 pm to check and they mentioned the technician will be there in 20-30 minutes. Even got a text and an email that the technician will be home soon. But again no one showed up. Stay away from Brennan for any HVAC work, their service is very poor

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this heating company. I chose to do business with them because I work for a company that actively promotes their services, so I trusted they would stand behind their work and treat customers fairly. After they installed both a heater and a water heater in my home, I later noticed my condenser sounded like it was struggling. When I brought this up to one of their maintenance technicians, I was advised to replace the part before the warranty expired to avoid bigger issues down the line. Trusting their professional recommendation, I moved forward with that advice. However, when I contacted the owner to have the part replaced, I was told they don’t replace parts unless they are already broken. This directly contradicted what their own technician had told me. I was trying to be proactive and take care of my system based on their guidance, not cut corners. Shortly after being denied, the part ended up failing anyway—exactly what I was trying to prevent. The lack of communication within their team and unwillingness to stand behind their own technician’s recommendation was frustrating and disappointing. Because of this experience, I no longer do business with them. I expected consistency, accountability, and customer care—especially given my initial trust in their company—but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I just recently purchased a central a/c system for my entire home with a local company. They gave me the service I expected from Brennan even if they were more expensive. Customer service is more important than cost.

They are $280 just to come look. Other places quoted free to look and 99$ service cost.

called them to come for a free estimate, 1 month later they emailed me for a $317.81 "bill" for a free estimate. I emailed them a few times about this but they keep chasing after me for this bill. their estimate also came up with 10k of dollar for a water heater replacement (just for labor), I called a different guy and he charged me much lower price (2.5k for both labor and new heater)

Was having a hard time determining fact from fiction after dealing with another company trying to sell me a new gas furnace. Called Brennan for a quote and, eventually, to service our existing furnace and check for CO. Reggie was friendly and professional; he gave my existing unit the service it needed and answered all of my questions. I'll call again Brennan next time I need service.
