This was the third and last time I brought my dog to this place. The first time wasn’t that bad, but I already noticed my dog acting a little different afterward. I wasn’t expecting a 100% perfect grooming since he was very young at the time, and I understood it could be challenging to groom him. The second time, he came back acting differently again—he seemed scared, sad, or stressed. The third time was the worst. I picked my dog up at 3 PM on a Friday, and as of 3 PM on Saturday, he was still rubbing his face on the carpet nonstop. His eyes were extremely red and swollen, and he could barely open them. I felt terrible for him. He seemed so stressed that he wouldn’t stop barking in the car, which is something he never does. Once home, he was unusually quiet. When I tried to clean his paws after a walk, he barked at me in a way he never has before. He is always the sweetest, loving dog and does not bark at anyone. I messaged the grooming place to inform them about his eyes, and the response felt dismissive. For these reasons, I will definitely not be bringing my dog back. Tip: It’s better to take your dog to a grooming place with glass windows, where you can see the dogs during the process.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! They have no idea how to groom yorkies. Every time I took my dog to get groomed, she would come out looking different. They don’t know how to cut/style a yorkie face/ears. They leave way too much hair on the face/ears to where the dog can’t see and the ears flop and you have to bring them back in two weeks for another hair cut. The lady who used to work there (Flavia) would assure me that it would be better next time… and it wasn’t. That’s my fault for believing it would be better. The groomers are over priced, very slow (takes 4 hrs to groom a 6 lb dog), unprofessional, and extremely rude. They don’t take accountability for their mess ups and try to gaslight you into believing you are wrong when you confront them. The owner is just as bad… always making excuses for the groomers. She doesn’t care for the dogs, she just wants to make money. I strongly suggest you find another grooming salon for your precious pets. I found a great groomer who loves my fur baby!
