I had a leak in one of my tires and walked in to have it checked. Got it patched up and ready to go within 15 minutes. Best of all, they did this free of charge. I live close to this business and it was my first time bringing my car in. My experience was top notch and I think I’ll start bringing my car in for all its needs! Friendly, fast, and honest service!

I called earlier last week to make an appt for a Friday oil change for my 2014 Honda accord. Super easy, but ended up having to call morning of to reschedule due to a work meeting. Greg assured me that was no issue & let me know he could take me around 2:30p that afternoon. (I got the sense that he did that out of pure kindness being that they were busy with plenty other cars when I got there later that day). I walked in and was greeted by Brian whom I ended up talking to the whole 45 mins I was there. Friendly, personable, genuine. Before I knew it my car was done & they let me know I needed new front brakes (something I already suspected). My encounter up to that point was so positive and genuine, including the customer service being given to the other patrons, that when Brian let me know I needed my brakes replaced I trusted his judgement before looking at the quote. Saw the quote and was even more impressed/grateful to have found a shop like this with mechanics that treat their customers like people. Am getting my brakes replaced this morning and will be coming back to Budd & Co. for future needs. Huge shoutout to Brian as well as the owner of the shop, for operating the way they do, you all are so appreciated.

Have you seen those curbs in downtown Seattle that jut out onto the road? (Yesler & James) On a dark, rainy, morning and with a single lane half blocked with cones- as I turned my sedan and drove straight over that curb and blew out my front and back passenger tires immediately! So 7am. I call AAA, I have to select a car repair shop on the app- where am I having my car towed to at 8am in downtown Seattle?! What a nightmare- I thought for sure, this will take days, this will cost me an inordinate amount of money! I called the closest garage, was surprised to get an answer and be told they could likely get to my vehicle that day, got tire orders in the afternoon. I got a call when my car went in, explained what my options were, was given a choice of options with prices, and an ability to see line items of cost on web app I was sent via text. By 5:30pm I was back in my vehicle driving home hyper vigilant of curbs. I thought my costs were very respectable for a business in Seattle and for same day service. Everyone I interacted with was gracious and kind. So, staring at AAA app trying to pick a place? Live nearby and need work done? This is a safe selection. Beware the Seattle curbs!

Dylan and Lance are actually angels!!! I walked in, close to closing time on a rainy night before a long holiday weekend, after a friendly tow truck driver suggested them because he trusted them to be honest. My undercarriage cover was popped off and I was totally worried if it could be fixed, addressed before the holiday, and how much it would cost. The guys pulled my car into a bay in less than 10 minutes of being there, fixed me up, and got me out the door in less than 30 minutes and said it was just a little fix and didnt even charge me for it. They were incredibly kind, so efficient, and professional (even though I wasn't when I hugged them for their kindness! Sorry to freak you out guys!) Even with so many cars, so many people, so close to closing, on a holiday week, they were gracious and so helpful! I was so pleasantly surprised and having been so nervous, it felt like a hugeee weight was lifted off my shoulders. I can't thanks these guys enough and if I ever have car issues, I am definitely gonna go to them. What absolute gems. It felt like a place that cares about their community and that they were trustworthy in what they were telling you. The shop is also super clean, organized, and they help so many people in such short wait times. Really impressive!!

I brought my car in for a new exhaust manifold and replacement of both lower control arms, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely at home. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me feel comfortable with the work my car needed. Not only did they offer the best price in town, but they even added a coupon on top of it - such a relief given how expensive this repair could have been elsewhere. They also went above and beyond by taking care of my transportation to and from work that day on the house, which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient. Their waiting area and office were tidy, welcoming, and well-kept, and every single person I interacted with, from the front-of-house guys (Greg and Brian) to the mechanics (Martin and Anthony), was professional, friendly, and genuine. I especially appreciated their no-BS attitude. I never once felt pressured or persuaded into services I didn’t need. To top it all off, they even left a small care package in my car, which was such a kind surprise. They’re quick to answer the phone, quick to call back, and clearly committed to excellent service. If you’re looking for customer-focused mechanics, this is the place. In the near future, I hope to edit this review and speak to the quality of their workmanship, after I've had my car back for more than a few hours.
