Recommendations for combining our pastries with coffee or matcha for an enhanced tasting experience.
Such a nice aesthetic cafe. Reminds me of Korean style coffee shops. Croissant and coffee were delicious. Recommended.
The atmosphere when you come into the cafe was immediately refreshing with the scent of fresh coffee beans. I enjoyed their choice of slow jazz music in the background it really added to the chill cafe vibe. The latte and cappuccino were perfect. I recommend any cafe lover to come and give this place a try
I went for the canelé but they didn’t have it, which was a bit disappointing🥹 The Basque cheesecake was so good though!💕 The café was cute inside and out, the barista was friendly, and it’s in a super convenient location near the Via rail and bus.
This was hands down my favourite cafe during our visit to Quebec city. It’s rare to find a cafe that offers specialized coffee AND top notch baked goods. If you’re wondering, they are same as Cafe Olive but this location has more space and perhaps more stock of pastries. This was the best canelé and cardamom bun I’ve had in my life. Outside of canelé was crisp caramelized and the inside was very moist with a touch of vanilla. Cardamom bun was also very aromatic, soft and pillowy inside. My partner enjoyed the raspberry tart the most. It had a crunchy chocolate layer in the middle that made it really enjoyable. It went well with their matcha latte, which was on the lighter side in terms of consistency but I found the matcha taste still stood out. Flat white was smooth, with complex notes in the espresso. Ethiopian pour over was brewed perfectly with minimal bitterness, leaving room for the fruity notes to shine.
Definitely the best coffee shop I’ve ever been in Canada🥹the bean used are all from La Cabra roaster, one of the best roasters in the world! This roaster isn’t very common here, so I was pleasantly surprised. 🤭They use V60 smart cup to brew the pour over and the quality is very reliable. The atmosphere inside and outside are both amazing. Specialty coffee enthusiast, please come!!!
