Paid for their services recently. I chose them over a less expensive services bc of their reviews. Everything seemed fine until the end. They were polite and seemed efficient. I packaged and organize everything so the only thing they needed to do was load, transport, and unload. And that’s what they did. I even had a couple personal carts they used for part of the job. One of the movers said my prep saved them about an hour and a half. When we got to the drop off, they got a little sloppy with handling my items at the end, but they got the job done. One mover discounted the service and said I can use the difference for the tip. I thought he was kidding, but I gladly offered a tip. The mover counted the money and said the tip isn’t big enough. HUH?! So, here’s the thing about tips. They’re EXTRA. It’s gratuity. Meaning a token of gratitude that you should be grateful to receive. You’re not entitled to it. If you think the hundreds of dollars you charge for doing the basic job of loading, transporting, and unloading isn’t enough, then charge what you think your work is worth. Don’t give a discount. Just charge the price! And certainly don't try pressuring customers into giving you more tip money. It's WILDLY unprofessional. Also, a man pressing a woman for more money while alone in a home is a problem. This is my first time hiring movers and trust, it will be my LAST time working with them.

They were wonderful and love how they kept everything safe. This moving company is the best and will be using again with my sister-in-law when she moves in two months. Love this loving moving company in San Jose. Furniture was held nicely and knew how much my figures were to me, especially as they were fragile. Appreciate your business!.

Where do I start? I move a lot, every time using different movers. This time I needed to move In Palo Alto and found Cali Handy moving. My experience was excellent. I had fast booking confirmed with all details explained. After movers arrived I gave them quick overview and they immediately proceeded to do the job. They moved all my boxes and heavy furniture perfectly! Everything was wrapped and packed as well! Overall, great company and great employees!

The team showed up right on time, packed everything quickly and carefully, and handled all my furniture without a single scratch. They were super polite and easy to work with, and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. The whole move was smooth and stress-free, which isn’t always the case with moving.
