My experience at caliber collision was top-notch. I was pleased from the time I walked in till the time I picked up my car. They're customer service is exceptional.They're so genuine, as they took care of every one of my needs. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. And Kenneth my service advisor made sure all my needs were met. It was a minor fender bender, I was hit from behind and it messed up my bumper. I was very pleased with the work that was done and how quickly I was back in my car. I will definitely be recommending Caliber to my friends and family.

Caliber Collision did an outstanding job repairing our truck. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Kyle kept us updated throughout, staying in constant communication about the progress and expected timeline, which we really appreciated. Caliber also handled all communication with our insurance company and the rental car company, making everything effortless on our end. We simply dropped off our truck, the rental company picked us up and got us into a rental, and when our truck was ready, we just returned the rental at Caliber—they took care of the rest. After being rear-ended on the highway, having a team that made the experience this easy meant so much. We’re grateful for their professionalism, organization, and quality of work. Highly recommend!

Had a very good experience at Caliber collision. I hit a tire on I20 and it took out the front end of my 4runner. I was pretty disappointed in the damage, but Ricky took care of it. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. My vehicle was repaired on time with no issues. The quality of the repair was exceptional. So happy to have my ride back. Would highly recommend this body shop.

Horrible customer service. Went in to have body work done after getting sideswiped and was placed with Rick as my point of contact for all of my work on my vehicle. Super unprofessional from the jump. Saying weird comments like Where did you get this kind of car. (It’s a Lexus Rx 350) seemed like he was completely out of touch with reality most times and did not take appropriate notes for my repairs. Forgot one all together. Then when I finally went to pick it up it was dirty inside and had several new damages on my mint interior!!! As well as they discolored areas of my leather seats!!!! Nobody reached back out after my second complaint after the guy they sent that’s not affiliated with them came and made a mess!!! it cost me extra $$$ Absolutely horrible customer service! You pay for it before you even see the car! So jokes on me I guess. What a nightmare! Paint and body work were good but the rest was such a headache! And now I’m left I guess paying out of my own pocket for all the crap they did to my interior not to mention the extreme amount of overspray left all over my windows and other car areas that were not repaired. Loose fasteners that they forgot to put back in and Sloppy work and clean up! Scratches everywhere where they had to take off my door panels and a replica mirror! When he said he ordered it from Lexus. Plus when I went to pick it up they ran my car out of nearly all of my gas! Wth when my car goes on empty it literally has 17 miles left and once you go past that it says refuel immediately and that is exactly what it was on when I pick it up! Then when I point it out just my front door part that they gouge out my leather … Rick wants to say “ it wasn’t us!” Before even looking at it. Then says it’s now above his pay grade! As if he’s a little kid. Super odd that you don’t even walk through and look at the rest of it at all. Luckily Rick’s supervisor was walking by But Just took if there were any pictures with that not like that ? and when Rick said “ why would I take a picture of that?” Then he seemed even annoyed with him and tells Rick to get it fixed as he walks off. Ricks way to fix it was to leave me a voicemail to get with another guy that I need to have come fix it at my home who wasn’t affiliated with them either? That was odd and then he never check back with any of it since. So yay I got one of the many things fixed. Great! I even gave it two weeks so they could reach back before I reviewed them and nothing. Thanks corporate America. Will never ever recommend this place!
