The ladies upfront were real nice. The owner was a con artist after a lady in front of me had an oil change they told her she needed some work you know $200 whatever that they made of course and then they told me that I needed something done and I just didn’t trust them after that other lady also needed major work so I went to my Old oil change place who I will never leave again and they put it up and said there was not a single thing wrong with that except when they changed the oil at Alta Mere Auto Care, they changed the oil and they barely put the cap on so it was leaking oil but the $268 job no, I didn’t need it. I think it’s really awful that I’m taking advantage of women especially most of us who are not familiar with the car but it’s wrong. It’s really wrong and it needs to be that’s where they make their money. People come in for oil changes and they tell them a bunch more stuff needs to be done. I would not even recommend them to an enemy. There wasn’t a single thing wrong with it, no leaks until I came home after going there, and seeing the drippings. It was not a full oil change either. My old oil change place could’ve very easily told me the same thing and make a bunch of money but they didn’t because they are trustworthy. The owner called with a disrespectful attitude and voice and lied, he also did not say anything like bring it back in a look at it or yeah I’ll check into this anything, he just called to harass me.
