I got rear-ended and used the other driver’s insurance. They scheduled my appointment to this branch. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. I had some requests and clarification which were addressed patiently. They informed me of the progress regularly and completed the works ahead of time. Excellent job. Thanks.!!!

Fransisco and staff have been extremely helpful with repairing my 2013 Ford Fusion on two collision repairs...my car looks great and drives like it is brand new. Also,Fransisco and staff helped me two additional times- once to check a clunking noise - checked it all out within the hour. A week later, today, they helped me again - same day. Very grateful. My husband and I trust Caliber Collision on Blackstone Ave in Fresno!

When I picked up my car there was animal footprint on my dashboard. They either left my window open in the shop or stored a car or dog in my vehicle. They fixed my drivers’ side mirror however when I enters my vehicle there were paw prints on the dash. Also, statefarm scheduled a drop off the Friday before Labor Day. Brandon was visibly upset that he was busy and had to help me out. I apologized but he said this is more on statefarm. Brandon appeared to be excited for his 3 day weekend and said the vehicle wouldn’t be touched until Tuesday. I sent photos to their corporate office and told Brandon I wouldn’t be sending anything to his location. Instead, I would post it on a Google review to let others know about the issue. They don’t secure your vehicle and service from Brandon was unacceptable. The front desk personnel Joanna was professional but not Brandon. This team member Brandon wants more days off. Please give your team adequate time off of work if they are overwhelmed with work.
