Ynissa was great. I wasn't even the building 1 minute when she greeted me, explained the process. Walked me to my car and showed me what her techs would be doing. She kept me updated and gave me a great walk through after my pick up. Building was clean. Staff was friendly. I would go there again

Caliber Collision did a great job on my car. It looks brand new! Also, their customer service is superb. Our service advisor, Ynissa Colon, kept us updated throughout the repair. Everyone we dealt with was so efficient and competent.
