⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an unexpected and stressful situation when my car was hit by a tire on the freeway, but Caliber Collision turned the entire experience into a positive one from start to finish. My service advisor Anthony was incredible—knowledgeable, communicative, and truly made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the repair process. Analisa at the front desk was always welcoming, kind, and helpful, which made every visit pleasant. Huge thanks to Victor, the painter, whose work was flawless, and Nate, the body tech, who clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship. My car looks amazing. I also was not expecting my vehicle to come back in pristine condition thanks to the detailer Alex Thanks to everyone who helped me out!

Caliber has repaired 2 of my vehicles and have gone above and beyond each time. Even buffed out/fixed little dings from before accident. The service is excellent and they keep you informed of vehicle status. Very pleased w/ outcome.

My vehicle was rear-ended in a parking lot, and my insurance company recommended going to caliber collision. The repairs were done quickly and seemed to be done well. I got daily texts on the progress being made, and it was ready several days before they predicted it would be done. When I picked it up, it was all shiny and clean. I only had to pay my deductible, so not sure about the fairness of all the pricing.

Terrible place! They are super unprofessional or have to too much work to take care of you. They just don’t care about your car and expect you to ignore the quality. They had my car for a month! Keep in mind some parts that say on the estimate to repair and replace were not. If you bring your car beware that they will pull fast ones on you. And not “fully repair” your car. They had definitely rushed to the last minute to deliver on due date with no communication. Awful location for collision repair Here is the laundry list of things: Horribly painted fender Dirty car when picked up. Headlights light pattern is crooked Overspray on trim and body Bumper has scratches that need to be buffed out. Multiple Scratches interior of car including under steering wheel. Roof trim broken. No ppf added when car was picked up
