I am absolutely appalled at Canadian Tire, a company that prides itself on being “truly Canadian.” Yesterday, we got a flat tire right in their parking lot and, in our moment of need, encountered zero kindness or hospitality. No one was "available to help." We even went inside to check if they had the tire we needed to replace it, but my husband was completely ignored by staff. He then purchased a patch kit and spent the next hour outside in -20°C weather trying to fix the tire with no success. We couldn’t be more disappointed in a company that claims to embody Canadian values...not to mention literally has tire in the name. So if you're stuck in their parking lot with a flat, don't expect them to show an ounce of concern.

The people here aren't prepared to deal with customers. They give conflicting information and treat everyone badly. I scheduled a simple tire change and made the mistake of accepting some extra services offered at the time of scheduling. However, I thought better of it and realized there was no need for those services since I had just bought the car and it had a complete service done by the dealership. So, I contacted them and asked if I could come in even if I didn't get the extra services, just the tire change. The person on the phone said yes, told me the price of the service, and confirmed that I could come twice. When I arrived at the auto center, the attendant who helped me was extremely rude, said he couldn't do the service, and even insinuated that I had scheduled another service due to the lack of availability for the tire change, which is not true. As if I wanted to cheat the system (he must think everyone is like them). I wasted my time going to that store, and it's not the first time I've been mistreated there. I should have remembered that it's always better not to return to places where you're not well received.

Came for my tire swap and oil change and inspection and they were thorough but not pushy explaining the issues they found and the level of urgency of each. Very helpful.

worst customer service from auto center. I will never go back there.......last year i did a repair work they chargef me 2200$+. Normally other garages charge 500-800$ for same kind of job. I go to canadian tire to have guarantee. But when went to claim warranty they guy said that i did job more than one year ago. A shameless liar is confusing customer to rob extra cash.

I only wanted to buy a phone connector for my car. It took 15 minutes to get someone to unlock the locked box and then they accompanied me in person to go to the cash. It’s a 30$ connector and the escort to the cash register it makes me feel like I’m a thief. They should work on their customer service
