A couple of years ago, my wife and I bought a ceramic table. For some reason the glass layer under our table began to crack and fracture. We had done everything humanly possible to care for our table and this still happened. I contacted Casavogue and once we explained the situation they replaced the table free of charge! Very happy with that outcome! We're slowly going to start furnishing our house this year and I'm definitely going to buy more from Casavogue.

Mixed Experience with High-End Purchase ​The initial buying experience was very positive. We purchased a beautiful, high-quality leather couch with an electric recliner that cost approximately $6,000. The service at the time of purchase was excellent. ​Unfortunately, our satisfaction was rather short-lived due to a serious issue with durability. After only two years of very light use, the electric motor for the recliner completely stopped working. For a premium couch at this price point, this failure is truly unacceptable, and one would expect a critical component like the motor to last much longer. ​When we contacted the company about a repair, we were faced with a disappointing and costly service policy. Although the couch was out of warranty, we were quoted a $400 displacement fee simply for a technician to come and assess the couch. This fee does not cover any subsequent repair costs, parts, or labor that would be charged afterwards. ​Potential buyers should be aware: The company's policy essentially makes exploring a post-warranty repair prohibitively expensive due to the high, non-refundable assessment fee. Please factor this into your decision before making a significant investment in their furniture.
