Came here 1 person cut me off unfortunately specific east Indian took his time waited 15 mins for him to be done. Woman takes off for her 5 min break comes back tells me to hold on. Calls another customer for which she spent 6 mins speaking with. As a customer who usually comes here often the experienced face specifically as an indigenous person pretty obvious why the mistreatment. If I was to treat anyone of the same treatment I wouldn't dare wonder why I have no business. Unfortunately big key chain stores that have 1000s of customers will always enjoy the guaranteed inflow of money & customers. Racial discrimination at its finest by the white woman at the front appreciate the horrible service. Yours truly Oji Cree 7even

We went to this location to buy a bike for our son. The bike was regular price but they put sale sign on it with no rerun and exchange notice. I ask the for regular price they said Regular price is $159 and sale price was $159 as well. The thing is if something is not on sale why we can’t return or exchange. We asked Manager Bree she was on duty that time Wednesday Morning around 9:15am. Manager was so rude to us when we asked her why the sale price and regular price is same. She doesn’t have any customer service skills. Very disappointed. If the manager doesn’t have any customer service skills then how can you expect skills from other staff. Poor service
