I just finished making my first batch of wine. I am so impressed with all the help and guidance I received from Steve. He took the time to look at pictures of the wine making equipment I was given and set me up with a kit that is great for beginners. A few times during the process, I called him or stopped by with questions I had. He provided a level of customer service that is rarely seen these days. I will be back there soon to pick up another kit. Definitely recommend going to see him. Especially if you are a novice like I am.
