I had an appointment for a wheel alignment and tire balancing, and they told me I had a broken Linkit and that the repair would take 2-3 days in the walk-in area. It seems to me I should have been given priority the next day when my vehicle was already at the garage. I can't go back; there are always problems with this branch's garage.

On Thursday, I went to buy a rustproofing product for my car. I was looking for a lubricant, like grease, similar to Metropolitan Rustproofing. After searching for five minutes without success, I saw an employee and asked him where the product I was looking for was. He told me he knew what I wanted (to wait for him) because he had to go to the counter. I waited for more than five minutes and was in a hurry, so I decided to go somewhere else and never come back! This is a blatant lack of respect for a customer who wants to support a Canadian business.
