I had a Pourover and Latte, both from Costa Rica, honey process and natural process respectively Pourover had deep cherry notes with hints of marmalade, extremely tea-like body. Latte had milk chocolate and various red fruits come to mind, very warming and welcoming body that blended well with milk, but still fruity. Of numerous cafes in Québec, this was overall the best.

Delicious coffee! And I am not even a coffee person. The decaf iced mocha was smooth, perfectly blended, and balanced. Not too sweet or sharp. The cortado was airy and smooth, one of the best I've had in North America (though not as good as in Barcelona). I did not have to add sugar to any drink, which is very rare, because it was so well balanced. Plant milk options. Cute decor, and not too far from the old quarters, in a charming neighborhood right outside the walled portion of the city. The best part of the experience was Rosemary, the barista, who was patient, friendly, and made the drinks perfectly.

Popped in for an espresso. Wow! Amazing flavor and great service. Had to get right back in line and buy a bag of beans. The barista guided me to a roast and bean that would be better for my daily French press than the (delicious) bean they were pulling for espresso shots. Loving the beans at home and will be back for more!

This is a very cool cafe. You walk in and it smells so lovely. I got a chai latte that was tasty and loved the spices, but it was way too sweet for me. I should have asked to have it made half sweet. My boyfriend got a flat white and he said it was delicious.

Super cute and lovely atmosphere. The coffee is really good and they have a good balance of sweetness for the mocha. Also cool to see they roast coffee in house. If I had one thing I would change, that would be more seating inside to enjoy the decorations. Definitely will come back next time I am in Quebec!
