I came during Carnival: the monthly promotion was double the tokens for the entire month of February. Both employees confirmed it was for the ENTIRE month of February! The children are on vacation and wanted to go yesterday. I said no, tomorrow we'll have more time, and it's still February. I arrived at the store 5 minutes ago, and the young woman told me: "Oh well, it ended today..." I said, "Okay, it's still February..." and she replied, "No, the promotion has changed!!" How can you get assurances like that for a February promotion and then disappoint children because it wasn't true, it was just empty promises! Really? I think it's very low coming from a business that advertises a promotion, confirms it, and then doesn't honor it!

He sells the chips in sets of 11, and his 4 chips are for playing. The cashier didn't explain anything, she seemed clueless, and made us believe we had a chance of winning.... My son was crying when we left; the games are much too difficult for children.... Very disappointed, we wouldn't recommend this kind of business to anyone; it strongly resembles a scam. $11.50 down the drain

Really fun place to bring your kids and have a giggle playing these games… you actually WIN things. It’s not a scam, which is refreshing for parents to leave the store with happy kids. There’s an arcade right beside this store if you want to keep playing games.
