Charge me for something I did not authorize. Do not recommend, the guy try to give me sum bull explanation not knowing I owned 2 auto repair shops before. But its ok I believe in karma and the extra was never AUTHORIZED or explained. No need to lie.

Paid 50 bucks to have a couple wires soldered for our amp - a five year old could have done a better job. Also their shop smells like something died in there - you should probably have that checked out.

Good luck if you have issues with the service Luis and his guys do on your car because you'll have to go somewhere else to get it done right. The staff here is rude. Nothing is their fault and you will be yelled at for questioning them. Walk around the property too and see how much trash is piled up out back. They just do not care.

I went months ago to have the sound of the radio checked because it wasn't working. They told me I needed an appointment and that's what I did. I made an appointment for 9am on a Monday, and when I arrived there was no one there and no one answered the phone. They told me to wait 15 minutes and what I waited was 45 minutes. When a worker arrived he told me he had to scan the entire electrical system. When he finished doing it after an hour and a half he told me that everything was fine and he didn’t knew what it was, that he had to dismantle the entire radio so he could find out what it was and that will cost me extra. Because of the way they treated me and by being disrespectful I didn't go back. Now months later that I have time to take care of it, I took it to experts and they told me that the radio wasn't receiving power and that was why it was bad, and that this even caused the battery to go down. This place made me pay $150 to "scan" something that they never did and obviously it was for the extra charge that they were going to charge me just to check if the radio worked, they were all extra charges. I never intended to post a review, but today, after months, I realize that it was just a scam for me, and that they also charged me double because the system wasn't loading properly. $300 wasted.

Luis and Jonathan were terrible. They installed the incorrect headlights on my car, charged me extra to put the originals back, and one of the lights doesn’t even work. The rearview camera they installed is dangling and is installed very loosely for a $200 labor install. The carplay radio I brought them to install required additional parts for it to function, upward of $260 and the max volume has been stunted. I have it on max volume and it’s not even that loud. I’d bring it back for them to correct, but I already did so once and they do NOT call you back and I’d rather bring my car to someone else. You have to call on them to check on your car updates. DO NOT use them for sound/lighting needs.
