Came to this store to purchase an aran knit jumper with my wife and we were hounded around the store by the old lady working there. Made us feel really uncomfortable as we moved around looking for Christmas gifts. Will not be on the premises again after that experience, next time I will purchase elsewhere

I visit this Carrols store everytime I travel to Belfast, twice yearly from Wrexham 🏴. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, Kevin and Colleen being my favourites 🥰 and I always find something new to bring home with me. See you next year x

Lovely shop filled with a wide variety of items that you would be looking for if you were a tourist going through Ireland. We managed to find multiple things and purchase them relatively easily. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

A great spot for souvenirs with a wide variety of stock — from Guinness gear and leprechaun hats to Aran jumpers, fridge magnets, and traditional Irish gifts. The layout is easy to browse and the staff were friendly. However, if you’re also heading to Dublin, keep this in mind: the prices here are essentially the same as in Carrolls Dublin, but in pounds instead of euros. So unless you’re only visiting Belfast, you’re better off shopping at Carrolls in Dublin where you’ll pay less overall for the same products. Still a reliable store, just not the best value if you’re visiting both cities.

I love Carrolls Irish Gifts and along with the store in Dublin, these two are my favourites. It's a fantastic array of gifts and treats, the clothes are fun too and wear so well. Slightly on the expensive side but it's quality and worth it. Friendly staff. If you're a Game of Thrones fan then visiting is a must as they have a lot of things of interest.....
