Tim was great today! He was knowledgeable and personable. Was reasonable and practical! As a single mom, I'm so grateful for the ongoing support of central air heating and cooling. Always reliable and definitely a necessary part of my home ownership journey. I was worried I'd be facing an astronomical bill, but the amazing maintenance plan is so reasonable! His hours today were completely covered. Such a welcome level of community and customer service in a world where that's not the norm.

Michael was able to quickly assess the issue with my fireplace switch not igniting and fixed the wiring and the gas flue. He also made sure that the fireplace place unit was operating safely, which I appreciated very much. He was very courteous, showed up on time and made sure that he left the fireplace space cleaner than when he arrived.

Michael was at our house to perform a maintenance service on our HVAC system, today, and was as professional and pleasant as could be. This was our second encounter with him, and we have been very happy with his service and explanations of everything, both times. The pilot light on our gas fireplace would not ignite like it usually does, when we tried to turn it back on for season, so we assumed a part must have expired. The appointment, today, was also to include a diagnosis and repair of whatever the issue was with the fireplace. Michael looked at it and was able to get the pilot light to engage, so he didn’t charge us to look at it. My husband is legally blind, but he has never had trouble getting the pilot light back on in the 27 years that we’ve lived here. Michael got down on the floor, next to my husband, explaining everything he would need to feel if the problem ever happened again. It was really kind, and I appreciated his sensitivity to my husband’s dignity. Even our daughter’s cat, who is staying with us temporarily and is normally very skiddish, knew he was a good guy and walked up to him. We are also very happy with Central Air, as a company. The office staff has always been courteous and professional. We are glad that we chose them for our HVAC/AC maintenance plan needs. If you’re looking to switch from the othe”R” company 😉😉 that overcharges for everything and tries to upsell every time they talk to you, you will not be sorry to choose Central Air for your heating/cooling/plumbing needs. We’ve been very happy that we made the switch.

These folks are always great. Scheduling my annual checkup appointment was quick and easy. There was good communication about when my tech would arrive. Seth was friendly, professional, and thorough, explaining everything when he was done. If you get a chance, sign up for their service contract. It's a good deal and affords you discounted rates if you need more services through the year. Absolutely would recommend.
